Upon completion, the Company will have three classes of shares: Class A Common Stock (new class), Class B Common Stock (current class) and Series A Preferred Stock. Cannabis Science Negotiates Commercialization Deal to Bring Cannabis Science Brand Formulations Immediately into the California Market

Following the release of our cannabis extract based formulation in Colorado, and international anecdotal cases reports from patients with Cancer, Cannabis Science is finalizing agreements to expand our business into California.

Cannabis Science Entering A Potential $80bil Cancer Drugs Market

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. /PRNewswire/ — On December 21, 2011 Cannabis Science, Inc. (OTCBB:CBIS.OB) reported many critical ailments of which the Company has identified as part of its ongoing mission to capture the market share. One of which is Cancer with estimated Global drug sales growth at a compounded annual rate of 12 to 15 percent, reaching $75 to $80 billion by 2012.
